Starter Package

Tier 1: Starter Store

Best for: Athletes or parents who want a simple, ready-to-sell Shopify store built fast.

Fine Print

  • Shopify subscription not included (paid directly to Shopify by client).
  • Domain purchase not included (can be purchased through Shopify or a third-party).
  • Client is responsible for all ongoing Shopify app fees or upgrades.
  • Product photos and logos must be supplied by the client or selected from The NIL Shop’s template library.
  • Ongoing maintenance, product additions, or design revisions are billed at $50/hr unless on a support plan.
  • Turnaround time may vary if client assets or approvals are delayed.
  • All stores are launched under the athlete’s own Shopify account and ownership.

  • The NIL Shop is not responsible for trademark or licensing approval from schools, conferences, or brands.
  • Shopify payments and taxes are managed through the client’s account; The NIL Shop does not process payments.

Fine Print

  • All Shopify, domain, and third-party app fees are paid directly by the client.
  • The NIL Shop retains the right to feature your store in marketing/promotional materials (with credit).
  • Client is responsible for providing legal and NIL compliance documentation for approval where required.
  • Any additional integrations (CRMs, merchandise APIs, etc.) may incur added costs.
  • Monthly plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Refunds are not available once design work begins.
  • Revisions beyond included rounds or changes requested after approval are billed at $75/hr.
  • The NIL Shop is not responsible for fulfillment errors or supplier delays once the store is launched.
