How much do I make?

Vendors receive 85% of net profits with 15% going back to athletes and cover fees.

Payments are distributed after confirmation of shipment, much like Etsy or other marketplaces.

Artists receive $5 per item sold. Artist payments are distributed monthly.

Shipping

Vendors are required to ship their products and receive customer shipping fees.

Trademarks And Copyrights

If you are currently a licensed vendor of any univerisity or team and plan to list licensed products on our site you are responsible for any and all royalty fees associated with said license.

The use of all trademarks and copyrights are strictly prohibited with proof of proper license.

Design Approval Process

All designs must be approved before going live.

Approval may involve:

  1. The athlete reviewing the design
  2. A quick review by The NIL Shop team
  3. Confirmation that no restricted logos or trademarks are used

This ensures the design fits the athlete’s brand and protects all parties involved.
