Program Sections

Step One: Store Build

 Step One: Store Build

The first step is giving you and your family a professional NIL home base.

We build you a turn-key Shopify storefront designed specifically for your NIL opportunities. This gives you a clean, organized platform that can grow throughout your college career.

Your Shopify store can include:

Custom domain
Custom email address
Professional homepage
Merchandise products
Camp registration
Meet and greet products
Digital product listings
Sponsorship opportunities
Fundraising products
Brand sponsor placements
Social media links
Compliance-friendly sales records

This allows you and your family to maximize your NIL years with one central platform instead of trying to manage everything through disconnected apps, forms, links, and marketplaces.

Step Two: Program Delivery

Step Two: Training Program Delivery

After your platform is built, you and your family receive access to a guided NIL business program.

This program teaches you how to create, launch, market, and manage your own online store using practical NIL-friendly products and services.

Instead of relying on scattered platforms for merch, camps, sponsorships, digital products, and special offers, you will learn how to bring everything into one professional storefront that you control.

1. You will learn how to build and sell your own products:

Shirts
Hoodies
Camps
Clinics
Downloadable workouts
Training guides
Fundraiser items

Special NIL offers

You and your family will also learn the behind-the-scenes systems that make a store successful, including:

Collections
Product tags
Sales reports
Discount strategies

Compliance reporting
Content creation
Homepage updates

Brand sponsor organization

2. You will learn how to create content for existing sports brands:

Hydration Packs
Creatine Gummies
Recovery Products

Family & Athlete Expected Commitment

This program is designed for athletes and families who want to treat NIL like a real business, not a one-time opportunity.

The platform and program provide the tools, structure, and training. The best results come from consistent effort by both the athlete and their support system.

This does not mean your family has to do everything. It means you and your family work together in a way that fits your schedule, strengths, and goals.

1. Monthly Social Media Commitments

To maximize your store, brand, and earning potential, you are expected to maintain a consistent content presence with support from your family when needed.

Your family can help by planning posts, reminding you to promote products, helping collect photos, reviewing captions, and keeping your store connected to your real life.

Recommended Minimum monthly output:

4 social media posts per month
1 post per week
2 short-form videos per month
4–8 Instagram Story mentions per month

Content may include:

Merchandise
Training
Lifestyle
Behind-the-scenes moments
Game day content
Family support
Hometown stories
Product promotion
Camp announcements
Fundraiser reminders
Sponsor shoutouts

At least one short-form video per month should directly highlight your store, product, camp, digital offer, or sponsorship opportunity.

The focus is:

Authenticity over perfection
Consistency over virality
Storytelling over forced advertising
Your hometown supporters first
Your family, friends, teammates, fans, and local community as your core audience

2. Store Activity Expectations

Your Shopify store is your NIL home base. It should always feel active, current, and connected to your season.

Your family can help make sure the store does not sit untouched for months at a time.

Minimum store activity:

Launch at least 2–3 new products per semester
Keep your homepage updated by season or sport
Promote your store consistently across social media
Review sales and product performance
Keep links, photos, and sponsor placements current

Examples of store activity include:

New shirt or hoodie drops
Limited-time offers
Holiday products
Fundraiser products
Camp registration pages
Sponsor-supported products
Seasonal collections
Performance-based releases
Digital training guides
Meet and greet listings

Your store should grow with you.

3. Brand & Business Mindset

This program requires you and your family to think beyond short-term NIL deals.

The goal is not just to make a quick sale. The goal is to build a real platform around your name, audience, story, and future.

You and your family are expected to:

Treat NIL like a business
Take ownership of your store and brand
Be responsive and professional
Show initiative with new ideas
Promote consistently
Think creatively about opportunities
Keep your store organized
Represent sponsors and partners well
Use NIL as a learning experience

The families who get the most out of this program will be the ones who stay engaged and treat the store as an asset.

4. Program Participation

To get full value from the program, you and your family should stay active with the training.

Recommended participation:

Attend or review weekly or bi-weekly training sessions
Complete the core modules
Apply each module to your store
Implement at least one new strategy per month
Review store performance regularly
Stay engaged with updates, tools, and new opportunities

Parents or family members are encouraged to participate in the training alongside the athlete.

This helps your family understand how the store works, how NIL opportunities can be created, and how to support the athlete without taking control away from them.

5. Consistency Over Time

Success in this program comes from stacking small wins.

You should not expect NIL success to happen overnight. The goal is to build momentum over a full 12-month period.

Expectations:

Stay consistent for 12 months
Continue building during the offseason
Keep your store updated
Keep promoting even when there is no major launch
Try new products and offers
Review what works and improve over time

Momentum compounds.

A few posts, a few products, a small camp, one sponsor, and one digital product may not feel massive on their own. But over time, they can become the foundation of a real NIL business.
